Registration/Cancellation Policy

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit for "Overnighter Croppers" is required with Registration Form.       
    The remaining balance is due when you arrive for your weekend.  
  • The full amount for "Day Croppers" is required with Registration Form.
  • Cancellations may be made by calling 1-815-693-4051 but deposits are nonrefundable.
  • Deposits can be transferred to another "date or guest" if cancellation is done 2 weeks prior
    of reservation date.
  • Registrants who fail to appear on the reservation date are liable to Let’s Get Croppin’
    for the full amount due.                                      
  • If you would like to pay through Paypal, payment should be made by clicking on the Pay Now tab
    (on the navigation bar above) once you have submitted this form electronically
