Weekend Overnighter Cropper- $200 per person
Rates include the following:

  • Two night stay (Friday & Saturday) Check-In Friday at 5 p.m. and Check-Out by Sunday 3 p.m.
  • 5 Home cooked/catered meals starting with Friday night dinner thru Sunday brunch.
  • Snack Basket.
  • Beverages such as soda, water, tea, coffee, juice.
  • You are welcome to bring your own adult beverage.
  • Unlimited use of the Scrapbook Station
If there is still availability 3 days prior to a weekend, we MAY open those spaces to Day Croppers (Email us your request to day crop)
If available & email request is approved...Day Cropper Rates are as follows (per person):

           The Friday Night Owl:  $40            The Saturday (in it for the long haul) Cropper:  $75

The Sneak-In-A-Crop Sunday:  $35

Reservation/Cancellation Policies:

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit (per person) for "Overnighter Croppers & Non-Overnighter Friday-Sunday Croppers" is required
    with Registration Form.  Deposits must be paid online to secure your reservation.  The remaining balance is due when you arrive
    for your weekend and that may be paid as cash, check or credit card.  
  • The full amount for "Day Croppers" is required with Registration Form.
  • Cancellations may be made by calling 1-815-693-4051 but deposits are nonrefundable.
  • Deposits can be transferred to another date or guest if cancellation is done 2 weeks prior of the reservation date.
  • Registrants who fail to appear on the reservation date are liable to Let’s Get Croppin’ for the full amount due.
  • Online payments are made by clicking the Pay Now tab (on the navigation bar above) or the link on the registration page (below the
    preferred package selection).

Note: We are no longer accepting checks as deposits.  Deposits must be paid online at the time of
registration.  If you have a group of 5 or more, we will take those spots offline for 48 hours from the time the
first registration is received in order to allow your group to get registered and deposits paid.

As stated above, we will still accept checks for remaining balances.  If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, there is a $36
return check fee.  The amount of the check and fee must be paid in cash or money order immediately following the bank notification.

much space we have, we always want more!
Any group has the option of purchasing all 8 spaces in
order to guarantee a private weekend.
