The Common Room (main floor)
No TV in this room, only pleasant conversation. Enjoy
reading near the fireplace in the colder months and the
smells of homemade meals from the kitchen that it
adjoins. From here you can walk out to the back patio
where we have an outdoor bar, two refrigerators and a
very large grill.

| The Dormer (second floor) This room will bring you back to those nights of slumber parties minus the parents telling you it's time to go to bed. No curfews in here!!! Accommodates 4-6 croppers. Inidividual twin beds. |

The Kitchen (main floor)

The kitchen island has 4 bar stools and we
have a kitchen table for 6.

The Dining Room (main floor)
Right off the kitchen is our dining room.
This table will seat 6 people comfortably.

There are 2 1/2 bathrooms. One full bath is located on the second floor (the shower, toilet, and
double sink area are separated by doors that lock). This makes it MUCH easier when you have more
than one person attempting to get ready in the morning. The 1/2 bath is located on the main floor and
the other full bath is located on the lower level where all the scrapbooking takes place.

| Enjoy the comforts of the front porch. It's a great place to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. There is also a wooden porch swing around the corner. |
