How Let's Get Croppin' came to be:
We built this wonderful house so each family member would have plenty of space
and their own privacy. Because Susie was an avid scrapbooker, Steve promised
her a "scrapbook office" when they built their new house. Of course, the
"scrapbook office" wasn't big enough to fit the number of friends that would come
over for crops so tables were purchased and set up outside the "scrapbook office".
Soon 1/3 of the basement was being dominated by scrapbooking stuff.
After going on a few weekend retreats and then hosting one at a bed & breakfast
with a co-worker, a friend said, "Why don't you just host weekends at your house"?
Well, as the years have gone by, the house gets quieter and quieter. It is
sometimes difficult to justify staying in such a large house with only a few of us
remaining here so Susie presented the idea to Steve about hosting scrapbooking
weekends in their home and he agreed to try it! And that's how Let's Get Croppin'
came to be!

Susie has been scrapbooking for the last 15 years but can't seem to
get caught up. She has been teaching in public schools for over 21
years. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves throwing

to hang in there for the long haul. He loves to cook and entertain as well.
